No, Aspercreme lotion does not contain NSAIds. I am allergic to them. This product uses Lidocaine which is a topical anesthetic to control pain temporarily.

How can I wash hands afer use, It is my hands that need pain relief?

Just don't put your fingers in your eyes, or mouth. Don't touch any food. Applied it many times without washing my hands. You just have to be careful.

Does this help with sciatica?
