Yes. This cargo cover fits 2021 GLC 300 4wd. The installation is pretty simple. Step 1. Installed one end of the metal crossbar into the original slot behind the 2nd row seats. Step 2. Compress the crossbar ends which are spring loaded and install the other end into the other slot. Step 3. Completely open the retractable cover and lock the two side plastic tabs into the rear notches near the tailgate to finish installation.
