Great for my headaches
I started taking this on advice from my NP because I was having headaches daily. It has really helped a ton! Only caution I would give is that your pee will be neon yellow!

Great value, use this for migraines. It's difficult to find B2 in most stores where I live unless it's a specific vitamin shop so to have it online and cheaper price....say less.

Helped me with my migraines.
I suffer from Vestibular Migraines and my doctor recommended several types of Magnesium along with Vitamin B2, this has been a game changer. Finding 400 mg was a challenge, so happy Nutricost makes B2 this way. I was having vertigo constantly, missing work and I didn't understand why. After hearing tests, MRI's and a Cat Scan they finally figured out what it was and I'm so happy that part of my recovery is thru vitamins and supplements.

Vitamina pogüer
Lo compré porque me lo aconsejaron por las migrañas perimenopáusicas, y, después de dos o tres meses, que es el tiempo que dicen tarda en hacer efecto, las migrañas se han reducido a la mínima expresión. Meo fosforito, eso sí, pero me es igual 😂😂. Cuando me llegó el bote me asusté porque creí que estaba en mal estado, pero no, es así, de un color vibrante 🤣. Volveré a comprar esta marca, no probé otras, pero esta me está gustando mucho. Por cierto, también tomo bisglicinato de magnesio, desde hace tiempo, pero por sí solo no me servía con el tema migrañoso.
