I think it’s helpful
Looks like doing it’s thing on my hair. Definitely feels better. My hair been terribly dry and brittle since I moved to Toronto. It’s water change plus root shock. Went crazy in panic and bought few products that could help. This was among top in list.

Great product. But how it comes is a different story. Sometimes i receive it intact, and some have to be returned as they we're busted open. The one I have pictured leaked this time but wasn't too bad so I kept it.
