I never had this issue cause I kept tracking it.

Can I use hot water on them?

I didn’t but I wouldn’t based on how it unravels.

Do you have wrapping hair the same color for the locs ?

Yes just search for spring twist, that's what I use to wrap my clients hair.

Great hair, lasted 8 full weeks! Out of the package, this hair was super soft and completely scent-free, which was a huge plus! Around week 3, the curly boho strands started to tangle a bit, but I just trimmed the matted ends and it refreshed the look right away. With quick maintenance, I was able to keep these locs in for 8 full weeks! Definitely worth it and would buy again.

WILL BUY AGAIN

For reference I usually wear the freetreess boho hippie locs so those locs are thicker I only use 5 packs of those. But these locs are smaller and packs are smaller so I used 15 packs! For the price you can’t beat it . For the look I wanted I needed all the packs because I wanted a full look! So far love them! They weren’t heavy and were super easy to install! Will buy again

The hair was just enough to do the style and pertty when we installed but after a whole week the hair was super tangled and matted I had to cut the curly hair off to maintain the texture of the hair it was true to length bit didn’t have any odors
