Gets the job done. The basket is quite hard to remove which I suppose is a good thing. the Handle is even more beautiful in person. It seems like you can twist it off but at the same time the portafilter feels solid and heavy. I wish it was a little cheaper but I'd say this is a just about fair price. Fits wonderfully into my De'Longhi ECP35.31

We recently bought a stilosa machine and got this portafilter for it thinking it would work wonders. We were wrong. Pulls coffee far too quickly regardless of grind/weight/type of coffee. Believe me. I have tried it all. Pulls a 1:2 ratio of coffee in 12 seconds (16/17/18/19 grams) leaving everything tasting burnt and the puck like slop. Must have done about 20 different experiments and all failed. Seen a few reviews of fitment not quite right and I can say that is the truth. Avoid from buying only given two stars because the build quality is great but that’s all it’s good for.

Bought this for my Delonghi Stilosa (EC260) and along with a decent grinder it works tremendously well. Fits the head perfectly, easy to clean, great quality. Makes delicious coffee!

It’s a well-made portafilter that looks great and fits perfectly; however, it moves when it’s under pressure while making espresso. I had to keep a hand on it just to make sure it didn’t fall out. In the long term, this might cause damage to the group head. The problem is that they make a “one-size-fits-all” portafilter, which doesn’t work. In my case, I have a DeLonghi ECP 33.51, and its original portafilter has wider ears compared to this one. I have returned mine.

Two-eared Portafilter with a DeLonghi Icona Vintage espresso machine. Fit perfectly and worked like a dream on first go. I chose this as the machine used in the product photos was that of my own, giving me confidence that it would be sized correctly. Performed much better than the original pressurised filters and Portafilter that you receive with the unit and was actually easier to use and clean in my opinion. If you have the same machine as I do, then I can at least confirm that it worked well for me.

Fit was fine but found some leakage

We have a delongi coffee machine that came with a cheap pressurised portafilter. This makes it much easier for beginners when using those pre-ground coffee bags. This non-pressurised portafilter allows you to "dial in" your expresso a lot better, so you can have that perfect cup of expresso in the morning. I found much more pricier ones online but than this one came up and thought it be worth a try considering the coffee machine we have isn't too expensive so didn't want to spend almost the price of the machine on a portafilter if the taste of the coffee wasn't going to be much improved. Using this howver has been a total game changer and elevated my coffee drinking to a new lever - and at such a great price. It also has enough space for two servings of expresso but usually only use it for one. Coming from James Hoffman it doesn't make much difference using a larger basket for a single shot of expresso and I definately agree. I wouldn't be able to differentiate between the coffee this helps to make compared to more expensive artisan coffee shops, although I'm certaintly not the best coffee connoisseur.

Unfortunately this didn’t work well for me with my Delonghi Stilosa. Every shot sprayed coffee everywhere and I couldn’t get a smooth extraction or good crema. I tried different doses and tamping but couldn’t get consistent results. If you’re using pre-ground coffee like I am, be aware that this may not give the results you’re expecting. If anyone finds out why this is please tell me.

Après avoir regardé pas mal de vidéos sur l’intérêt d’un porte-filtre bottomless, je pensais honnêtement que c’était surtout du marketing et que la différence serait assez anecdotique. Eh bien, je me suis trompé. En utilisant exactement la même machine et le même café, avec le porte-filtre classique puis avec celui-ci, la différence en tasse est réellement perceptible. Le résultat me paraît plus agréable, avec notamment beaucoup moins de mousse, qui est pour moi davantage un déchet qu’un véritable indicateur de qualité. Le porte-filtre est bien fini, la prise en main est agréable et il apporte également l’intérêt de pouvoir mieux observer l’extraction. Pour le prix, c’est une modification simple qui apporte un vrai plus à l’expérience espresso. Après plusieurs utilisations, je suis donc agréablement surpris. Je m’attendais à un accessoire surtout esthétique, mais je trouve que la différence est suffisamment nette pour que je ne revienne pas au porte-filtre d’origine.

Delonghi 235.bk ile tam uyum sağladı. 51 mm iki kulaklı olanını almak gerekiyor. 18 gram kahve ile denedim, ince çekim yapmak ve güzel tamperlemek lazım. Hiç su sızırma gibi bir şey olmadı. Espresso kalitesini de artırdı köpük kalitesini de. En dandik makine ile bile beklediğim kalitede espresso alabildim :) Edit: 51 mm için en ideal ölçünün 15.5-16 gram olduğu sonucuna vardım. 30 saniyede 40-45 gram çıktı alıyorum ve memnunum.
