Tramontina Ceramica Deluxe 10-Inch Frying Pan, Ceramic Non Stick Skillet, Oven-Safe, Metallic Black

this is now the best pan i own - and luckily my glass lid fits it perfectly - since it doesn't come with a lid, and i'm a firm believer in lids on all pots & pans. it's a nice color - goes with all the rest of my cookware - excellent quality - at least so far - it should be though for as much as it cost. does a great job on the stove - just 'kinda' disappointed it won't work on my induction burner, but that's ok - my stove is old and has regular burners. now as far as being "scratch-resistant" - i am not about to try that with as much as it cost. and of course it's easy to use - easy to clean - everything falls right off. best to try not to use soap if ya don't have to - it's the quickest way to ruin this coated cookware. use a dish soap which is not 'citrus' - that palmolive "free" or whatever it's called - i use that if i MUST use soap on coated cookware.

This is the best nonstick fry pan for eggs for two people, and its chemical free.

This is a great pan , i use it for so many things nothing sticks to it and hold high temperatures much better that the Teflon coated one.It's also made in Italy and not China which is a big plus. The only thing with the one i received is that the shape is not perfectly round: one of the side of the rim is slightly bent in like flatten a little bit, i thought it was bumped during shipping but that would have cracked the ceramic layer which was instead intact so i'm just thinking that maybe the ceramic layer's contraction pulled the metal substructure during sinterization.That said i don't consider that a major flow as the pan still perform very well. I heard good things about this brand so far i'm not disappointed

Had and used Tramontina black 8" nonstick pan for years and finally the non stick coating inside was coming off, but I was still using it. I bought a new 8" black one with white ceramic inside rated best of all and looked lovely and was pleased to get it. Even on the counter after unpacking, however, the handle fell down - looked like bad balancing. However I thought once contents were in it, all would be well. Have a gas stove and put in a little olive oil, 2 small cut up potatoes 1 T. chopped onion, half cup leftover cooked broccoli /green beans and 2 beaten eggs for a frittata and started cooking. Handle fell down AGAIN, and contents of course lurched and I returned it to Amazon and bought an Oxo I believe. How can they rate this thing so highly with the handle always dropping ---HELLO!

Fabulous, high-quality pan! Cooks evenly, food does not stick and pan cleans up easily....TOTALLY worth the price.

This is OK as a nonstick pan but it’s useful in ways I would not use non-ceramic nonstick pans. For instance, scrambled eggs get messy but this thing is great for pancakes, browning meat and anything with liquid. It has a nice heavy weight and cleans easily. I like the white interior. It’s durability is still a question in my mind because a previous pan of this type did not last long. This current one seems to be holding up much better and still looks brand new after months of use.

We were having trouble cooking anything on our new cooktop. I am still not thrilled with the fridgidaire Professional cooktop (see different review) but we ordered new pans to see if that would help. These Ceramica pans are awesome. heating is very quick and the heat is even. no need to heat higher than med on the gas burners. We get great browning, no burning and the non-stick capability is superb. I highly recommend these pans. I have, 8", 10", 12'" fry pan, the 11" deep skillet and square grill pan and they are all great.
