Great for General Tsaos chicken
Was very surprised how many chilis came with the order i needed about twenty and i still have over half a bag. they tasted great! Have definitely recommended these to other people. Would buy more chilis from this company too. They're not too hot but they are great for General Tsos chicken.

Don’t buy these f…ing peppers.
As others have posted no heat and the flavor is non existent. If you are a Chinese hot spicy food connoisseur, these are the biggest disappointment you will ever experience. Whom ever produces these along with the markers should stop moving such a poor product. My local supplier has been out of peppers for a month so I thought these would be the same and I was sadly mistaken.

Yes, this is the one used in Szechuan dishes. I cut up the pepper with scissors seeds and all. Nice size bag will last forever.

These were okay. I used a couple in their dry state and they added a musty taste to the dish. I then decided to put them I a glass of water and whe they were hydrated the musty Arona and taste disappeared

HEAT...
Grind it, add a little olive oil....super hot, excellent tingle, great with sprinkling, soups, salads, noodles, rice you name it. I think it's everything the ad promises and more. So, who grew it, harvested it, where...? GREAT JOB!
