Monopoly Game: Pokémon Johto Edition

Our 6 year old grandson loved monopoly when staying with us this summer. He is a great reader and had no problem with any of the regular monopoly we had. When I saw this decided to get it for him for Christmas. His mom was not sure thinking it might be more juvenile. During Christmas we had to play it every day. Grandson thought it was great (correcting us every time we pronounced something wrong). Board is the same with the property names all changed, they even keep the same color scheme. Nice tray for sorting cash, have marts and centers instead of houses and hotels but the concept is the same as the regular. They did change one or 2 spots for the better - instead on income tax being 10% or $200, they just made it $200. It previously slowed up the game trying to figure out if you could pay less. Adults and kids enjoyed it!

I ordered this as a gift for my little cousin who just LOVES Pokemon! This was a awesome gift. He loves it and it came in so fast. Great family fun. Great gist for a Great price!

Just like the classic Monopoly but with a very exciting Pokemon twist. We had a lot of fun playing! Easy to understand and follow directions/ made it very similar to the original.

What a wonderful game to.plat witg my 6 yr old boy. He LOVES pokemon....and this games gives hime tge opportunity to learn about monet, mortgaging, etc while keeping entertaines with pokemon. We play this game every Sunday for about 2 hours...which is an incredible amount of focus for a 6 yr old. Highly recommended!

This is the great game. The kids played for hours. We bought this for a birthday gift for a Pokemon fanatic. This was the most involved game of monopoly that I've seen these children take part in. I would definitely buy again.

My son loves pokemon and went crazy when he got this. He has played it with everyone that comes over and loves showing it off really well done, not cheap graphics and feels just as sturdy. the character pieces are cute and this is more thought out than I had expected.

All parts were there, the pieces are super cute, and the board is as good as any other monopoly board; which is to say, dont be too rough with it! It's so much fun playing monopoly but pokemon! Plus in my favorite region! Ya get 2 of the legendary dogs on the board, suicune and raikou but not entei. I understand that they wanted to put the legendary doggos as special blocks but they could have done that with lugia and ho-oh and then made all 3 doggos a line of regular blocks~ I dunno~ just feels lonely without entei! CELEBI. There should be a celebi too!! Dang! But hey, its monopoly, if you wanna catch all them pokemans that's what the actual game is for!! <3 This board was a bit more expensive than what you find for other monopoly boards these days but I think that's cause it was released a while ago~ like last year maybe~

Vale mucho la pena aunque no hay dinaimicas diferentes a las de un monopoly estandar peor era de esperarse, sin duda para coleccion o jugar con los amigos es muy bueno

My son loves Pokémon and monopoly so is a good combo. Game is good quality and very similar to the regular game with a Pokémon twist.
