I received no instructions on how to use this product. There were none printed on the bottle nor in the box. How often and how do I use the product?

Their website says: "To start the treatment: Apply only to the tips of the fingernails. Brush a thin coat from the middle of the nail to the tip, then cover the whole nail with a clear or colored nail polish. After the first three applications apply to the whole nail. Shake before use.
