Mobu is my go to in the future
Time will tell ( only taken for 2 days ) I guess but K2 is supposed to be good for Emphysema sufferers so we will see in a month or so however Mobu will be my go to label in future because I can feel the difference after taking their Korean Ginseng.

Great high strength easy to swallow
Getting a high quality high dose vitamin D3 with K2 added isn't easy. I've taken a high dose of D3 for over a year now (do some research on the benefits of a high dose of D3) as I have low levels of vitamin D and I suffer with osteoarthritis in my hips (I'm due to have a hip replacement) so it's very important that I get my levels up and keep them up. I also feel a lot better since being on this regime. Once you read up about the benefits you will also learn the importance of it being D3 with added K2. I've never had an issue with taking high dose of this vitamin but make sure you research the pros and cons before taking yourself. I actually take 8000iu a day (1 in the morning the other at night before bed).
