PartsFlow 603-305 Coolant Reservoir Tank W/Cap Compatible With 1991-2001 Jeep Cherokee Compatible With 1991-1992 Jeep Comanche 52027984

The old tank was a mess. Seals broken, leaks. This is an easy DIY. Don't even think about paying someone to do it. I got a small hand pump and pumped out the coolant. Then watched a video about it. Saw how easy it was. Disconnecting the lower hose with that clip is the hardest part. The top small hose is easy. Unscrew the hose clamp screw and slide it off. Mine was broken there too. And the front part just slides into the built in bracket. Easy. There is one nut on the left hand top. Remove it. Then you are ready to pull the tank out. Remember it pops into a rubber piece so you need to tub straight up to get it to pop out. To install, install.the bottom hose and clip before installing. Way easier. Then you can pop the tank into place. Push doen and make sure the left side slides over the bolt. Then tighten the nut. One thing I forgot to mention is unplug the coolant level sensor too before you even remove the hose. Go ahead and order a new one. Mine fell apart as I said. They are cheap. Save yourself a few days and take my advice. It's a cheap and easy install.
