Very pleased with this, can do so much with this Pilates bar and also have an exercise sheet and YouTube links to help you with it. Different resistance levels which is great. Easy to use.

Good for home workouts
Bought this for myself and a second one for my daughter in law, we love the ease of use, the sheet included is great and easy to follow, the only thing wrong is , it says has a video ... that isn't a woek out video more of a commercial on you tube. I just follow the sheet of movements.
