Been using this for years with good results
I am diabetic. I have been using this product and brand for years now. I take one capsule at breakfast and at lunch. It seems to help my blood sugar and give me more energy. I have tried many different brands, this is consistently perfect. There is never change in the color of the capsules or its potency. I take this in the morning and it helps with my sugars going up and down all day. I don’t notice any appetite suppressant. I can say I feel better that my hypoglycemia is better balanced
