I collect cookbooks. I read cookbooks. I love cookbooks. I have been eyeballing this cookbook for about a year. It was expensive. I wasn't sure I wanted to pay that much to add to my bookshelf of cookbooks (and, yes, I use all of them at some point). This cookie cookbook....it's not a book. It's a cookie tome. It's huge. It's heavy. It has all kinds of helpful tips and information. I was shocked at how thick it is. It has recipes for all different kinds of cookies and more. I bought this during Amazon's book sale and I am SO happy I did. I got an amazing cookbook for an amazing price and I couldn't be happier. If you make cookies, bar cookies, special holiday treats, anything tasty and sweet, this is your book. It's easy to follow, tons of pictures in the middle, tons of tips and tricks and a huge boost of inspiration. Go buy this right now.......why are you still reading....go on...go!

In the search for making better cookies, I opte for King Arthur's Cookie cook book. It has very well described techniques and explanations about ingredients. A very nice addition to the cook book. Who knew Baker's Amonia existed! This book covers all kinds of cookies, be them chewy, crunchy or crisp. And so many more. Their recipe of Linzer cookies are quite delicous and so beautiful to look at. Too fancy? English digestive biscuits will have you taking a second cup of tea just to eat one more cookie. And who doesn't like icings. No self respecting cookie goes without. Glazes are easy peasy. P.S: you'll have to make place on the kitchen counters...this book will be used very often. 5*****

I am a cookie fanatic. I love to bake, share, gift, and eat cookies. Cookies have always been my one big dietary indulgence. This is the world’s best cookie book. This book is not just recipes, it contains so much information about cookies, pans, terminology, explanations of techniques. I could go on and on. I love it, it has become my cookie bible.

I am obsessed with King Arthur cookbooks that I even started giving them as gifts. They have some of the best recipes and are well detailed.

I am giving 4 ⭐️ because the font size are small, and the font size’s ingredients are smaller than the others. The book is big, there are more than 474 pages of fun, lot of techniques, tips, easy to understand, lot of recipes, a few pictures, some draws, there is a section for peanut butter, another one for brownies, another one for oatmeal, for chocolate chips, for molasses cookies, for shortbread, for biscotti, for decorate cookies, and sugar cookies. Lot of cookies’ names that I do not know. It is a great book if you like baking and If you have not problems with your vision.

This is my go to book for cookies! If I just feel like making something, I can turn to a random page and have a fantastic recipe to go by. It has loads of notes and tips to help.

Another informative and nicely put together book from King Arthur.

Contiene muchas recetas muy interesantes y muchas de ellas nuevas para mí. Hace mención de algunos ingredientes que nunca escuche, como 'amoniaco para panadero', y otros que supongo serán difíciles de conseguir, como 'fiori di sicilia', lo cual lo convierte en una colección de recetas muy interesantes. En cuanto a la hechura del libro, esta muy bien, pero el terminado del papel es mate y no semi brillante como otros libros de la misma colección. Si lo recomiendo!

Received book in good condition, I was shocked when I hold the book. I didn't expect the book to be so big and thick.. Yet to look thru,but I'm loving the cover of the book already. Thank you very much seller!!
