Bought this for our anniversary. I have to say it was a lot of fun. It was a bit painful in the position we chose but we laughed a lot. It was really easy to do if you follow the instructions. The product comes out stiff after a few days. Once you take it from the mold, you can fix the imperfection before it dries. Color is white, and you can paint it after. Must try for the price.

A wonderful product. My wife has spoken about doing one of these for a long time. One day I saw an advertisement for these pop up on my newsfeed and figured it would be a great time to go ahead and order it. We’re coming up on year 22 soon and I thought it would be a great moment to share as well as something we would cherish. We’ve just completed our mold and we are so happy. We didn’t even bother with the practice one because the directions are excellent, nothing was left to guess. We thought we’d messed up the mold when we pulled our hands out which was a little difficult to do but once the cast was done we have a beautiful figure with incredible detail. The 2 pieces of advice I would give to anyone doing this would be to have the water a little warmer because it took a while for it to begin to set with colder water and when you pour in the plaster stop pouring where the wrist openings are. We mistakenly poured until the bucket was full and it made it difficult to remove and also made a disc on the bottom so, we can’t mount to the wooden base but, it has its own built in base this way so, not all bad. We love it so much we’re going to order 4 more and have our kids each do one.

This worked nice but very confusing instructions. If you have time you can probably manage to do this. I had a very hard time getting the residue off my the sculpture especially in between the palms or fingers

This came out really nicely! I liked how they provided a smaller version to test it out first. The finished statue is beautiful and eye catching, and even has veins and fingerprints on it! The one thing I'd do differently - our hands were not quite touching in places, which made it hard to get out the filler once the statue was cast.

Great kit, worked super good. Be careful about hair ! If you have hair around your hand, shave it before doing that.
