Excellent!!!!! Simple to install in seconds and safe for your door! Does an amazing job. My mistake was that I should have bought it before my rotator cuff surgery, so I would have had it ready to do PT at home as well as the PT office I go to. Now that I have it, I use it everyday and am improving my flexibility and reach. Buy yours right away and improve yourself. Also the price couldn’t be beat for such a worthwhile recovery tool!!!!!

Great tool for what it does. From a seating position to standing, the equipment allows good range of movement and in just a few days, my mobility has seen good improvement. I'm an avid researcher and had seen all the negative reviews from the cord being too long to parts failing during use, but this was not the case with my experience. The cord is adjustable and the weight you put on the device should not be your full weight, just enough to stretch your shoulder joints. People claiming they fell on their face pulling on this tells me they lost balance and fell holding on to the pulley which it wasn't designed for, but again, using sufficient force to "HELP" your arms stretch beyond their capability for a count of 15 or 30 seconds is sufficient. My physical therapist uses this same unit with no problems. Like I said, it worked for me and everything worked as it should with no failure of the tool.

As a physical therapist assistant, this product is great for patients to use at home. Good quality material. Would recommend to anyone.

Inexpensove and easy to use. Great for rotator cuff

I had shoulder (rotator cuff) surgery in December of 2025, and have been going through physical therapy to rehab the shoulder. My PT recommended an over-the-door pulley to increase my overhead range of motion, and this has been great. Very sturdy, and it's helped me get over 155 degrees of motion overhead (from about 90 when I started.) Highly recommended. Takes only a minute to put it over the door.

This shoulder pulley is very simple, but it does a good job working the shoulder muscles without a lot of pain. I really like it because it is very reasonably priced and effective.

Got this to continue shoulder physical therapy exercises at home. It fits nicely over a door, and with the door shut it is like being at the therapy gym.

It is a simple but effective product, I had a frozen shoulder after a minor injury, and used this to exercise. It is perfectly fit for purpose. There are plenty of you tube videos on the exercises with this pulley.

That simple device for shoulder exercises is easy to use and is also very effective for stretching shoulders and neck muscles. The price is very reasonable. Highly recommended for home use.

Recommend after shoulder replacement

This item was bought on the advice of a rather senior physiotherapist, and have been using his in his treatment room, and these are exactly the same brand so I am sure they will benefit my programme to relieve bursitis. As usual, Amazon do amazing things in getting orders out promptly.

As advertised and works well. My only complaint is the notch in the handles is not thin enough to hold the rope, otherwise it would be 5 stars. I ended up tying knots as you can see in the photo and that worked well. I would still recommend this shoulder pulley if you’re looking for one.
