This is better than any cream for seborrheic dermatitis.. but don't overuse it .. once a day is the right dose to me.

I bought this for a friend’s teenage son. It definitely cleared it by about half. He didn’t use it regularly so didn’t get full results. It was less inflamed and less red.

Pros: • Clears breaks outs Cons: • Dries out skin • Can be irritating for sensitive skin I have been dealing with break outs since I was a pre-teen. I've tried many facial cleaners, including expensive name brand cleansers that have been recommended by a dermatologist. Nothing has been able to help my sensitive skin, and would only irritate and dry out my skin. My father researched the best skincare ingredients to combat breakouts, and he came across this facial bar. I've been using this facial bar for about 2 years and I have noticed a difference in my skin. My skin is clearer and my breakouts are not as severe. For stubborn pimples, I use Mighty Patch in conjunction with the soap to help get rid of it quicker, and it work wonders. One thing I would like to make note of: I have very sensitive skin. My cheeks are the most sensitive area of my face. This facial cleanser can be very drying. When I first used it, I could only use it twice a week because it would dry out my skin, and my cheeks were so sensitive that it would burn to use the cleanser or when I would apply moisturizer. Now I can use the cleanser everyday with no issues, but my skin still dries out, so I recommend using a moisturizer immediately after use. Another thing I like about this bar is that it lasts me about 2 months, with everyday use. Overall, I am very pleased with this facial cleanser bar. It helps keep my skin clear of breakouts, but when I do have breakouts, I use Mighty Patch along with the soap, and it helps get rid of it quicker. It can be very drying, so using a good moisturizer after use is what I recommend. I would recommend giving this bar a try, and I will continue buying it.

For a couple years I’ve had acne on my inner thighs and lower abdomen. I tried every type of soap. Sulfur and Salicylic Acid Bar Soap, Dettol Anti-Bacterial Hand and Body Bar Soap, Dr. Bronner's - Pure-Castile Bar Soap, Defense Soap Original Bar Soap, Apple Cider Vinegar soap, Defense Acne Care Bar Soap, CeraVe Acne Foaming Cream Cleanser, CeraVe Cleanser for Psoriasis Treatment | With Salicylic Acid for Dry Skin Itch Relief & Latic Acid for Exfoliation. NONE of these products worked or helped clearing up this acne and pimples until I used Dermaharmony Pyrithione Zinc (ZnP) Therapy Soap. After just one week I saw a noticeable difference. There was less bumps and acne and it all started going away. I have now used it for more than a month and all these bumps and acne have completely disappeared. Apparently this zinc in the product is what has killed any fungus or type of infection that has been causing it. I can’t recommend this product enough. I continue to use it about 4 times a week to keep my skin clear. If you don’t rinse it off well, it might cause skin drying and some annoyance. It does not moisturize.
