Will this stuffing make the cushion bounces back?

It’s not foam as much as stuffing. I liked the effect it had on my sofa cushions. Filled in all the gaps snd added firmness.

How big is that ? How many pillow i can make 16x16 ?

i like my pillows to look vintage which is more squishy & pliable, so 1 lb works well for me w/16X16
