I have had a problem with regularity for going on 10 years now, Have tried everything, nothing has worked consistently but this! Two scoops in my coffee every morning, I am now weening myself off all other products Peek alone has helped tremendously. Go slow, start with one scoop and increase to 2 scoops as your body adjusts. Give this time! and don’t give up on your other things (laxatives etc) till you see consistent results. Do I go daily, NO but I will gladly take every 3-4 days struggle free over a every 10-12 struggle gladly.

Best prebiotic fiber supplement I have found. I mix in my morning coffee , no clumping and taste is undetectable. Smoothe and is not gritty. No aftertaste whatsoever. Also, works cb very gently- no cramping or discomfort.

This stuff does not work. The first morning I used it, it worked fine, but that was the only time it did. I continued to use it for several days with no result. It doesn't have a flavor and mixes easily, but sometimes there was a gritty residue in the bottom of my glass. I could not send the product back because I shared it with my neighbor, who also had bad results. I would not recommend this high-priced product. It contains magnesium citrate, which can be purchased at Walmart for a fraction of the cost.

I put a scoop in my morning cup of coffee, and I find it to be very helpful.

The taste is fine. Solubility is very good. There is no gritty taste However. I did not achieve the results I was expecting. Taken as directed, there was only a slight improvement in bowel movements.

So far, I'm at happy individual. I noticed a change happening the first day. My bloating is substantially less and the "hard rock" feeling is slowly disappearing. Everyday is a better day!

Kinda gritty, did not work, made things worse. Sometimes you have chronic constipation fiber is not the answer. Natural Lower Bowl Stimulants help and more fiber and even increasing water with this product gave very bad lower pain sorry to say. To those whom it worked for I am glad.
