Update: I lost 3lbs over the course of two weeks of using this product, from being able to eat less--I can't say it helps in actually burning fat other than just helping cut down on consumption. Since I'm not obese, that's pretty good, also considering I usually eat whatever I want on Saturdays sometimes Sundays and also partake in alcohol. I also have had "loose stool" every day since starting it. I'm not sure if this is a common effect but it coincides with when I started taking it. Original: I can't believe how quickly this seems to work; it was instantaneous. My BMI is around 25 so I could afford to lose a few pounds but it's hard because I have to toddlers who like to snack and don't eat all their meals. I've been looking for something to successfully curb my appetite and have found some things but I still have that food noise. Yesterday, I didn't realize this had come while I was at work so I took a walk in the evening as usual and found the package when I got back in and took one pill (2.5mg) to see if it helped with cravings since evenings are peak when my kids are eating. I did not snack at all! I didn't even want to! I considered not eating anything at all but chose to have a small dinner because this is less effective when you have an insulin response, and I wanted to decrease effectiveness so I could sleep. I took one again this morning and am not starving before lunch like I usually am (I fast until noon every day). I am excited to continue this and maybe work my way up to 15mg which would be the dose at my weight. I did not necessarily see any increase in energy on just 2.5mg but I got it mainly for the appetite suppression, and am happy so far.

I am pleased so far after about ten days. I am a senior woman that experienced no bad side effects with a 7.5 mg dose I am doing much better after a few days of taking this supplement. I definitely have more endurance at the gym. I can carry heavier weights and even my balance is better. I am up to a weight of 70 lbs on the vertical chest machine which I find to be hard to do usually. Today I was able to do 3 rounds of 60 ft bear crawls much faster than usual. I did over 150 jumping Jacks total. It was a personal best. I find that I have less anxiety when trying out a move I never did before. I just hope this lasts for a long time. Sets that I usually dread like lunges and even push ups don't seem as bad. I hope to be in better shape by the end of the year. I held my own with women as young as 28 in today's workout group. I am happy with this purchase so far. (I am not using this for weight loss but I hope to be more toned with the extra efforts I can do.)

This supplement actually burns fat. Not just on a scale but I've had 5 remaining pounds which wasn't a problem: the problem was my stomach was sticking out and I looked awful. This pill didn't cause any jitters , heart palpitations, stomach upsets- nothing. When I took my pills I felt absolutely nothing, and so did my 60 years old mother: it was just like taking nothing. No effect, but you have to have faith because these babies actually melt off fat from your most stubborn, impossible to rid of places. I'm a huge believer in this product and swear by it. More effective than anything I've tried - frankly I've tried everything, acetyl carnitine, garcinia Cambogia, hydroxycut, fasting only caused me to binge. This is the only thing that worked and I only wish I discovered it sooner! This thing works really fast. A+++

So the instructions have you taking like 4 or more a day. I took two and had flu like symptoms for about 10 hours. Tried again and same thing. So I lowered the dosage and take one before eating and the flu like symptoms disappeared. I noticed an effect on my stomach, dull pains, ect. No energy increase. But over a week I have lost 6 pounds while not changing my diet at all. And I don't have a lot of extra weight to lose so that was kinda shocking to me. Appetite suppressant? Not really. Energy? No. But weight loss on very low dosages is the main effect. It can cause headaches as well. I found drinking lots of water though mitigates the headaches. All in all, I'm surprised by the differing effects in all the reviews. I would recommend just taking one about 20 minutes before eating and see what the effects are for you.
