Great resistance with this band!
Well...I just started using this and I don't know why I don't look like a gym star yet - ha ha! It is a quality, heavy duty band and I can really feel the resistance when using it. I can think of no reason why someone would not find this a great addition to their workout supplies and routine.

This resistance band works really well and is very easy to use. The figure-8 shape makes it comfortable to hold, and the textured handles help with grip. Iโve been using it for shoulder and back stretches, and it gives a nice amount of resistance. Itโs lightweight and easy to carry, so itโs great for quick workouts at home or even when traveling. For the price, itโs a really useful little exercise tool. Definitely happy with this purchase.

I love this resistance band so much. I take it with me when I travel to maintain my daily fitness routine. So convenient ๐ and easy to use. I love that I can use it for my lazy girl workouts. Sitting at a desk or in bed..... have this near you to get in a few sets in here and there. I Highly recommend this.

Durable
I initially bought an Azalea figure 8 band but it broke in less than 2 weeks . Found these . One review said that they tend to break so I bought 2. That was 45 days ago. I use it daily for 12 minutes and it's holding strong . The other one is sitting there just in case

Bad seller, bad products!
1) take 1 month to receive 2) products not send by the seller, was sent directly from china seller 3) The stretch band appears to be made of poor-quality material. Visible stress lines are forming in the bent area, which indicates early cracking. (See the photo) 4) not worth even USD1 for this product.
