I ordered a 4/5 for my three-year-old that wears between a 3T and 4T. It fit her big but not huge. I Tried it on my seven-year-old that wears a 7 and it fit her but sleeves were really short So I would order the next size up which is the 6/7 for my 7 yo. Hope this helps!
