Will this fit a samsung tv that has an antenna input?

This does NOT work as a substitute for the Samsung Antenna Adapter (BN39-01154P), with their C7000 series TVs (such as model# UN46C7000...).

Will this connect to a Terk Radio Antenna?

This product did what I needed it to do.

Has anyone had success in using this converter for connecting an asian purchased tv (samsung) to a usa terrestrial tv antenna? (*not cable tv)

I connected a European TV adapter to my Xbox with it. The connection worked. But it switched my Xbox from USA mode to Europe mode and some of my games quite working because of the change of region.
