A great help, easy to use, lasts almost all night (about 6 hours). Makes it possible to take my overactive bladder medication and still get a good night's sleep. The slightly sweet taste is very pleasant without being overwhelming.

I was hesitant to go with this over the blisters, fearing they might get sticky or something if there was humidity but I'm so glad I switched to this bottle. I can get a pack that lasts me months with less waste and less clutter on my bedside.These work great for dry mouth at night. If you open your mouth when you sleep, this will help keep your gums from drying out, which in turn both keeps your gums healthier, and reduces plaque by *a lot*. I brush and floss daily but have always struggled with plaque anyway, and this made a big difference.It also reduced sore throats and inflammation in my throat from having a dry mouth. Plus, much much better breath in the morning.The adhesion is good. I was nervous at first about a choking hazard but it's never been a risk. They stay where they're supposed to. It took a bit to get used to having something under your lip, but they're smoother than the generic ones and you get used to it.The cool mint agitated my gums, menthol is strong, and my skin generally reacts. The sweet flavor is great because it's more gentle.One lasts most of the night, which is enough for me to make a difference, and it's better to have it finished by morning so you don't have gummy candy in your mouth first thing.

This has been a true savior for my sleep. I used to have dry mouth. I would wake up gasping for air with my mouth and throat soooo dry. No more- this product has solved the problem. I would give it 10 stars if I could.

These are great. I use a CPAP with a full mask and even when I tape my mouth shut to try to prevent mouth-breathing, I still end up with a super dry mouth in the morning. I've started putting one mint on my lower gums at night, and it keeps me producing enough saliva overnight to ensure my mouth isn't bone-dry in the morning. The package recommends two mints for night use, but I find that one is sufficient to prevent dry mouth without causing drool. I still tape my mouth so the CPAP isn't blowing air directly into my mouth, though, so if you don't tape your mouth you may want to use the two mints as recommended. The slightly sweet flavor is perfect - just enough to be pleasant while not tasting like anything in particular.IMPORTANT: Follow the directions to press the adhesive side to your gums for at least 10 seconds (I think 15 seconds works better). If you don't, the adhesive doesn't connect well and the mint may travel over time. If you're using them while sleeping, you don't want a stray mint wandering around your mouth to cause a choking hazard. In addition, the mint won't last near as long because your saliva will wear away at it from both sides.

These are really helpful for dry mouth, but can sometimes hurt your gums peeling off! Sometimes left marks in mouth. Very effective and high quality ingredientsLongevity is not as long as they list. Very expensive but worth it if you need

The help to keep my mouth moist while I am sleeping. It is so much better than waking up with a dusty dry mouth. Not only would I recommend but I have recommended it to several of my friends.

These actually work. Unfortunately, I’m allergic to acacia, which is the backing. Since they no longer sell the non-acacia backing, I have learned to use them until my gum begins to bother me. Then I wait a few days and go back to using these. They are that good. For those not allergic to acacia I cannot recommend these highly enough.

Due to the medications I take I suffer from dry mouth almost all the time. My dentist gave me some samples of these to try & said they would help keep my teeth in better shape by keeping them coated in saliva more of the time, so I gave them a try & really liked them. Unlike the mints or lozenges these stick to your mouth wherever you place them & release more slowly, so they last much longer. Usually I use one at bedtime & it usually lasts me through the night and then 2 or 3 more get me through the day. I have seen a noticeable difference in my dental checkups, so they are quite effective. They also help me sleep, since I'm not waking up with cotton mouth & getting up for a drink to moisten my mouth.

Work really well to stop night time dry mouth.
