I take one capsule with breakfast and one with lunch.

It's a really good multi vitamin and with probiotics too. Although it would make your poop stink really bad. Lol.

Nothing wrong with the product but it smells bad, which is normal for the vitamin B1 that’s not coated to mask the smell. Just thought I’d let people that haven’t tried this type of vitamin capsules before, like myself, know what to expect.
