For starters, these were somewhat Misleading. They are Not 575mg, they are 5,750mg of 10.1 Strength Extract. That's a Whopping almost 6 Grams - Way Too High. Plus 3 Members of my Family are Strictly "Low Dosers" and I'm one of them. Have not opened the Packet. A good price for someone who can take that dose. Be Careful if you cannot do that.

Great price for the amount and product. Haven't had enough to document side effects.

I picked these up to take when I feel something coming on, and they have been a great addition to my immune support routine. The capsules are easy to swallow, there is no weird taste, and I like that it is just one capsule per serving. The bottle size is a solid value too. 120 capsules lasts a long time, so I can keep a bottle in the cabinet and not worry about running out. I also appreciate that they are vegetarian and gluten free. If you want a simple elderberry supplement to have on hand for those times you need a little extra support, these are a great choice.

I’ve been taking this elderberry for several years because it helps my bruises to go away and I now bruise easy since I’m getting older.

I received these and I'm hoping they will help build my immune system as it seems like I catch whatever is floating around. I had bought the children's Elderberry for my great-granddaughter after a friend told me she has been giving these to her 3 children and in the 4 years they've taken them they have not caught the flu or gotten sick and I have to admit so far so good after 3 months she's still healthy, we're hoping it holds true after this winter. So I'm trying them for myself, . I will give an update in a few months as to how well they are working.
