Beautiful shower fixture. We wanted this after experiencing a similar one at a nice hotel

DO NOT BUY! This shower is replacing one system very much like it by Hudson reed. Same price, but due to tariffs they do not export anymore!!! The shower looks metal, buts it's mostly plastic parts! The hand shower is awful -- it does not concentrate water AT ALL! both showers were for low pressure. This one is absolutely horrible. Nothing it advertised is true. False advertising! Horrible cheap product! In all aspects including pipe size it was the same as previous shower. This one FOES NOT WORK!!! IT DOWS NOT TAKE THE SOAP OFF. AND THIS WITH THE SAME PRESSURE PRESETS AA PRWVIOUS SHOWER FEOM HUSSON REED. TARIFFS HAVE CUT DOWN OUR ABILITY TO GET QUALITY PRODUCTS. WILL RETURN AND ASK FOR REFIND OF INSTALLATION CHARGES.

This product is great for enhancing your shower experience. It includes a handy hand shower and a durable metal hose. The 10-in. rain shower head and Starlight Chrome finish add a sleek touch to any bathroom. It's safe for families with young children as it prevents scalding. The spray pattern is perfect, but noise reduction and easier availability of spare parts would be improvements.

This product is really great. I particularly enjoy the metal hose, which enhances the durability of the system. One thing I appreciate is how easy it is to wash up after my showers. I haven't installed the product yet, but the box arrived and looked like it was opened before. When I looked into the box All of the components were mixed up. I can't really tell if I have all of the necessary components. I found several open pouches and one completely empty pouch. There's an exploded assembly in the instructions, but it includes _all_ the internals of all the parts and it's not possible to tell whether I have all the parts I need.

This is an incredible product because of its hand shower feature. I've used many showers, but this one takes the cake. It was a breeze to install during our rebuild, and I can confidently say that it is one of my FAVORITE showers we've ever installed. A luxurious addition to any bathroom. Highly recommend!

Looks great, good finish but it is almost impossible to shut off completly without fussing with the handle. Seems like a design flaw. If not for this issue I would have given 5 star.

Receive the unit, noticed it not "NEW" item been repackaged. As long as item is unused, that is fine. But with this almost $1K shower kit I'm little concern if any parts are missing. My plumber will be installing it in few week, if anything goes wrong don't know what Amazon could do? From the picture you can see that the manual has been READ.... :)
