Heartbeat Hot Sauce Poirier's Louisiana Style Hot Sauce, 177 ML

I bought this hot sauce thinking I'd add a little excitement to my food. What I didn't realize was that it was about to become the main character of every meal in my house. Eggs? Needs Poirier's. Tacos? Definitely Poirier's. Leftover pizza at 10 PM while questioning my life choices? Absolutely Poirier's. The flavor is fantastic—tangy, balanced, and flavorful with just the right amount of heat. It doesn't punch you in the face; it politely introduces itself and then convinces you to put it on everything. I now find myself opening the fridge just to make sure the bottle is still there. My only complaint is that the 177 mL bottle disappears suspiciously fast. I suspect family members are sneaking it when I'm not looking. Either that, or I've developed a completely reasonable hot sauce obsession. Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys flavor, a little heat, and losing all self-control around hot sauce.

Ok I got this for my son because he loves Dustin poirier but dannnnnng this is good! I love hot sauce and I made chicken and tried it and I am 100% addicted. You only need a little (I dipped it in). The bottle would last a bit for sure so the bottle size is perfect. I typically load condiments on but it’s a lot of flavor in just a small amount.

Delicious all purpose hot sauce. Pretty mild (on par with heat similar to Frank's or Crystal), thin (viscosity slightly heavier than traditional tabasco) with a touch of tomato and pepper fruitiness, and perfectly balanced to go with meatloaf, mac and cheese, and even tacos. For this price I would expect cleaner ingredients (maybe organic with no seed or nut oils), but I loved it on everything. I'm a big fan of the UFC and Dustin Porier and wanted to show some love and support. I will buy it again of it goes on sale.

Being a fan of former UFC fighter Dustin the Diamond Poirier was the main reason for the initial purchase, but it's the quality of the hot sauce that will have us ordering more. Hits like a KO punch of packed flavor. Just the right amount of spice that have you submitting for more!

I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend who’s into the UFC fighter who created it. He really liked it and he’s Mexican so he definitely knows a thing about hot sauces. He said to mention that despite the flavor it’s not worth it at this price point and for the amount. The packaging was nice tho :)

Hubby was eager to try this one after watching the fighter do the hot dsauce challenge on the internet show 'Hot ones' he really likes this sauce & says it has some nice flavor and a good bite of heat just how he likes, it has been a month now & the bottle is almost gone, that says it all really. I am told it goes with everything :)

Very nice, tasty & with a great consistency. Goes well on everything, especially pizza. Nice amount of spice but not overwhelming, great flavour. The Diamond of hot sauces 😉

Far from being a gimmick, this sauce tastes fantastic, contains no nasties and really isn't too spicy. It livens up otherwise boring lunches, such as avocado/eggs/tinned fish on toast. A bit on the expensive side but 100% worth it.

interesting sauce. fan of Dustin and his foundation, so the sauce was a good purchase. taste-wise, it's as if tabasco and frank's red hot had a child. better as an ingredient than as a condiment.
