I use this little bag to carry my anaphylaxis and asthma meds. I have two Epi-Pens, 2 small individual packets of Benadryl, one individual packet of Zantac, a pulse ox meter and my inhaler inside. The Epi-Pens fit into slots on the right side, while the other meds go in pockets on the other. The bright purple color I picked makes it easy to locate quickly and I like that it unzips flat, so I don't have to worry about it falling over and my medications falling out and breaking. It's exactly the right size to hold everything I need and can be carried separately or thrown in a bag. The inside of the case and the slots for the Epi-Pens is "insulated" (it's made of a silver insulated material, but I wouldn't rely on it to truly keep anything cold, more to keep things from over-heating quite so easily (an important thing to have for Epi-Pens, which need to be kept within a certain temperature range) except for the pockets (which are mesh, but that's fine because my inhaler and the other stuff on that side aren't so finicky. This could be used for many different medications and medical tools and comes in multiple colors. Another member of my family uses one for their diabetes medication and glucose meter/test strips and clips it to their belt while I throw mine in a larger bag.

Purchased two of these for our emergency medications. My daughter and I both have asthma and severe allergies, these hold each of our epipens, inhalers and emergency meds perfectly and can both fit in my medium size and up purses together. The clips on the straps make it easy to take along when using my smaller purses. The reflector strip works well at night and the card in the back pocket has our name, emergency contact information and emergency medical information aswell. Haven't had them for very long but they seem sturdy and well built so hopefully they will last a few years. Would purchase again in a year or two if needed if they hold up well.

I have been carrying EpiPens for a while, just tossing a couple in my purse and going. Then I saw this and realized I could make it easier to find them. Size is great! I can fit 4 pens, or 2 pens and an inhaler. This makes carrying rescue meds so much easier! The color matches my bag, while making it easier to spot in the purse. Cost/benefit is perfect. Not super expensive while being good quality. I can't speak to the backpack straps, as I don't carry one most of the time, BUT! The carabiner is useful.

I absolutely love this! I didn't feel secure in that my medical ID bracelet being enough in case of an emergency, so I bought this to help warn EMS about my adrenal insufficiency as well as to be able to carry my life-saving hydrocortisone injections anywhere easily. There super compact, and yet there are so many pockets inside to keep everything! I especially love how there are multiple ways to attach the case to stuff, with multiple types of straps and a carabiner clip. The material also seems to be pretty high quality and I feel that it'll be durable enough to keep my medications safe.

Convenient to organize two generic epi pens, travel size Tylenol and Advil containers, an inhaler, bandaids, and multiple blister packs of emergency allergy meds. Seems well built and provides some extra padding for everything to stay protected. About the insulation level you find in a cheap lunchbag, so I still make sure to keep it shaded to prevent overheating. Just to note, it is not built to put an ice pack in, if that’s something you were looking for if not using it for epi pens.

This is a lovely, well-made item. The vibrant red grabs attention for emergency situations. A Z-stat spacer will fit in the pocket behind the pockets for the EpiPens, but once it is in place, it restricts the pockets for the EpiPens. I can fit one EpiPen comfortably, but the second one will not drop down to the bottom of the pocket. This would still be workable, but the addition of the albuterol inhaler was the "straw that broke the camel's back". There is just no way to close the case (and zip it) with all of these items inside. This is really too bad, as treatment of anaphylaxis requires all of these emergency items. I hope they redesign this, as it is beautiful. I really wanted to love it! For EpiPens alone, there are sleeker, insulated cases available.

I have to carry epi pens everywhere I go. I was happy to find a sturdy, canvas case with a durable zipper to carry them. They are kind of chunky , like the size of an uncooked Polish sausage. They come in a set of 2 ~with a demo pen in case someone else would need to administer it~ so they could practice once, before the real deal. There is also some extra room to carry Benadryl or Tylenol or a couple bandages since you would puncture the skin if used. Bright red , durable case, easy to spot in larger case, with heavy duty , large black zipper extending around entire bag so nothing falls out. Ending with awmm cross on front panel & a black wristlet to carry solo . No writing except the white cross so you could use it for other meds, a premade baby formula bottle with a small ice pack or even insulin if need be or mini first aid kit. Endless possibilities.
