will this fit the 2022 honda crv ex?

According to the description, it will fit a 2022 CRV. I don’t know about a CRV ex. I have a 2019 Honda CRV, and before I bought it, I compared the cutouts to the design of my dashboard. It fit perfectly and I am very happy with it.

Fits perfectly and looks great!

I have a 2018 Nissan Rogue SV and it fits perfectly! NOT for the Sport version! I think that is why some reviewers were complaining about it being all wrong. It reduces the glare on the windshield so much and is very classy looking. The velcro tabs will not stay stuck on the dash, but the mat stays in place just fine without, so it’s not a problem for me.
