I am on a low-carb/keto-type diet, so make my own special muffins regularly. I never had much luck with cupcake liners in my metal pans, so was thrilled to find these silicon pans. I put a small spray of olive oil in the bottom before adding the batter, they are non-stick, and very easy to work with. I pace the silicon pans on a regular cooking sheet because they are very flexible otherwise. They do not cause any taste to my food, and since everything just pops out when baked, my muffins look great. I wash in the dishwasher. These were a good purchase.

My muffins come out great using this. Both fit side by side on a cookie sheet in my regular oven. And I can do one at a time in my more efficient table-top convection/air fryer oven. And they are very easy to clean.My only caution is that after it is filled with batter, it is very "floppy" and nearly impossible to slide onto an oven tray with spilling. So just plan ahead - get the cookie tray under them before you start to fill them. I also found using a smallish cutting board worked well enough to slide it onto my pre-heated convection overn's tray when I forgot to take that out ahead of time.

These are the best muffin pans. They do not stick, easy to clean and they don’t absorb the mild dish soap when washed. I threw out all my old metal muffin tins and switched to these silicone molds. In addition, they cook the muffins evenly without over cooking the inside or the top.
