Are these placemats slippy

Hi, All coasters and place mats have got 4 little rubber feet which prevent them for slipping or sliding. If your question is regarding the surface finish and if slippery, then we would say that the finish is smooth real bamboo and therefore plates and glasses can be pushed easy as sitting on normal glass or wooden table tops. Hope that answers your question. Regards Dan&Co team

One of my placemats isn't flat... its slightly bowed so doesn't grip table. can i get a replacement? mats arrived yesterday 3rd may!!

Hi Matthew, Apologies for the slight defect with one of the placemats. We can help out. Please check your email. Need some details before we sort the issue out. Regards Dan&Co team

Can you help please as two of our placemats are bowed? We love them but these two are rocking on the table. We have only had them a week.

I received a message from the Amazon Seller - Dan&Co on Amazon from whom I bought these and had the same problem. They apologised and replaced the mats without issue. Very Good customer service.

Hi. I received my order today. I was pleased with the placemats, however, the coasters were missing. Please advise?

I have also returned my order yesterday lovely nats but no coasters. I would like to order again but am I guaranteed the coasters?
