Delicious!
I bought this to use in my ninja swirl and it works fantastically. It mixes just perfect. I use a half cup of mix with one cup of milk and one cup of heavy cream. It comes out just right. The flavor tastes just like birthday cake or what I would call yellow butter cake. I honestly love the flavor so much. I will definitely be buying again!! So yummy!!

Loving ice cream
It’s a lactose free, delicious frozen treat! Didn’t think I’d enjoy ice cream again, but when I discovered this, I had to try it and I am not disappointed. It’s a great frozen treat that doesn’t trigger intestinal issues 😋

Gross Chemical Taste
I have purchased many ice cream powders from this brand, and this one stands out as the only one I will not eat at all. It leaves behind a weird, chemical aftertaste, and generally doesn’t taste like what you’d expect when you hear “birthday cake”. The texture and appearance are fine, and for how much you get it’s very worth the price. I just had 2 cups of the stuff and gave it up. My wife, cousin, and other people who I had try it all agreed that it tastes gross. I will not be buying this again.
