Do you need to keep it in the tin?

I wouldn't think so. The bottle is tiny and it's easier to keep on my shelf in the tin that it comes in. Just easier to handle that way.

Will it go bad after 2024? It expires then, but i only meed it for a few hobby watches, so can i use the "expired" oil after that date?

Like diapers, it Depends. The oil will pick up moisture and oxidize over time. So, it depends on the environment and how much exposure it gets. That being said, the oil in the watch will have the same issues over time. It's not like there is some molecular time bomb in the oil and it is perfectly useable in 2024, but it will degrade as it ages and your next service interval will shorten after it expires. How much is not something you can easily predict, but I would not be too worried about it and if you are, buy another bottle.

This oil is a need oil but highly priced. Synthetic oil and better than the older oils used in the past in my opinion

Da mucho de sí, por lo que con este bote tienes para aceitar fácilmente 40 ó 50 relojes si no más, ya que hay que utilizar varios según las partes a engrasar, el que tengas para tantos relojes, es una buena amortización del producto, sobre todo por su calidad y duración sin estropearse en la maquinaria engrasada.
