Does this come with a British 3 pin plug

Yes it has a British Standard 13 amp plug fitted.

The display on the control gun constantly at lowest setting even when i twist the vario jet. How do I change this setting?

1: do you have full mains water supply with no loss of pressure. 2: is the supply tap full on and constant flow, fill a bucket in 1 minute. 3: is the filter in the karcher water connection obstructed, take it out and check. 4: are you twisting the pressure lance nozzle fully, try both anti clockwise and clockwise 5: is the water supply hose damaged or kinked. And the same for the delivery hose. 6: remove the vario lance and pull the trigger and check the output of the delivery. Try the same thing on theT Racer. If you are getting a good variation of flow and pressure don’t worry about the reading. Hope this helps.

There is no brush attachment its purely high pressure with a skirt to stop splash/overspray
