100% satisfied. I'm considering getting the 22U just because I know how great it will be and I'll have some excess space for growth and wiggle room. I'm using my 12U has a home lab, for the most part. I'm not in the IT field, but I really love network engineering, so I try to play around when I can. The rack is super sturdy, well built, and was easy to assemble. The wheels roll great on carpet. If you're in the market, don't hesitate with an AxcessAbles. I'll end up with a second, for sure.

Couldn't be happier with my 12U Rack. Purchased to rack mount networking equipment for a homelab. Shipped in safe packaging that prevented damage in transit, and the rack is amazing quality with a very nice finish, not glossy which I definitely prefer. Wheels are great for when I need to get to the back of it, and they include locks to make sure it doesn't move when you don't want to. Keith who manages the brand is outstanding, beyond helpful and had answers for the few questions I had. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great rack for their home lab, well worth the money!

I really like this rack, for the price you get a pretty sturdy high quality rack case, you’d have build yourself but it is easy. The wheels or the only the thing say cheap about this rack case. It’s a really great value as your saving on the assembly labor by doing it yourself. I have already bought two. Very flexible you can use 5mm screws or 6mm. They come with screws and a driver. Comes in a very dense heavy package.

I read the reviews and many complain about the screws not being good, or the holes not matching etc. I still bought as I have researched on YT and I am very happy with my purchase. Do not use power tools to put this together. The screws worked just fine and you will have PLENTY of them extra after you put it together. Also, if you want it to be extra secure, use locktit and it won't go anywhere. The wheels lock great and once you put your servers or whatever you bought this for, it's not rolling at all. I even bought extra screws as some reviews said to buy stronger screws...do not buy extra screws, you won't need them. My 2 servers fit great and it looks really cool.

This 12U server rack is a perfect solution for home servers. The case is very sturdy and feels solid when fully assembled. The integrated weeks allow for easily moving the server rack around. Two of the wheels have a wheel lock on them to prevent inadvertent movement. Installing various server rack accessories such as a PDU, Ethernet Switch, Patch Panel, etc. was very easy and the standard server rack spacing was followed. One of the drawbacks I faced with this unit is that the base was a bit off balance, leading to one of the wheels to be slightly raised off the ground. This wasn't much of an issue when more weight was on it, but be aware that there could be potential warping in some of the panels. Another negative was that there was some slight damage to one of the rack walls. The top layer had been scraped away, revealing the interior metal. It wasn't enough of an issue to return or replace it, but I would recommend inspecting each piece of the server rack upon arrival. Overall, it is a great server rack that offers a lot of space to fulfill various server rack needs.

Goes together easily and is strong. Wheels work qell. I have 150 pounds of amplifiers in it with no issues.

Everything fits together snugly, extremely well manufactured. Took a bit to get together, keep it loose to make the sides fit with the top.

Easy to build. Very secure. I’ve got a bunch of audio patch bays, bus processors, preamps, and out board compressors in there. Love the locking wheels. To those asking if this will work with audio rack gear: yes. It works perfectly.

Casi perfecto... El carro llegó perfecto pero la pequeña tapa de 1U si llego doblada, solo eso. Pero el ensamble súper sencillo, todo maquinado muy bien y los tornillos ya ubicados en su posición no faltó nada. Además los pilares tienen roscas para tornillos americano y por el otro lado europeo... Y lo mejor que trae dicha tornillería para ambos casos y un desarmador pequeño pero muy bueno y estético. El precio lo vale.
