Will this net stop a ping pong ball or will that pass through too easily?

LOL. Designed for real balls not pretend balls

Do you sell the 12x9 net only?

You can order direct from power net. But why would you want just the net? If you have a tear or something. Call them and file a warranty claim. They’ll hook you up

Would you need to weigh it down in any sort of windy conditions?

It was going to take off like a kite. Not sure what some who answered feel a strong wind is, but I had to not only use the supplied stakes, but I had to use many more that I had on hand to keep it upright when the wind was strong. It’s not going to get blown over by a small breeze/wind, but a strong wind will take it away if not properly staked.

Taking lacrosse shots around 60 mph, is this net strong enough?

I think so. My daughter does not shot as fast as that, but when her shots hit the barrier net it hardly moves. You should check with manufacturer.
