Good build quality and decent insulation
-good build, feels premium and comfortable to use-easy to clean-held hot coffee for 4 hours before I could appreciate change in temperature-only con is that the sliding sipper on the lid is quite loose so it did leak in my bad once but I didn't expect this mug to be very leak proof. The lid itself however did not leak

Product retains heat for sometime, haven’t tested how long it can retain yet... but definitely “NOT LEAK PROOF”, not suitable for travel at all. The hole in the lid is leaking. Can be used in as desk mug to retain heat or cold for some time.

Poor quality
Bought it 6 months ago and use it daily but the coating outside has started shedding and I may have to discard it. Very disappointed as it was an expensive product and I expected more from Vahdham.

These are exactly what you hoped they would be. They keep your coffee or tea superduper hot, they are leakproof, easy to hold and nice to look at, easy to clean etc. etc. And this is a great vendor too! Really responsible.

I bought a second one for a gift.
Love this little cup. I used it in winter for hot drinks and in summer for iced. It doesn't sweat, and it does not affect the last of your drink.
