Good fan system
This fan is well constructed and the blades are well designed - aerodynamically speaking. The installation (in an early Jeep) was easy and the fittings that are provided with the fan enable several different installation methods. I have it operating from a manual switch rather than with a thermostat and while I have tested it, the weather has not been warm enough for me to put the fan through its tests. However, from a functionality standpoint it appears that it will do the job to assist in cooling.

Seriously disappointed. I've got maybe 40 hrs. of run time on the fan over the two months I've had it and seems like a bearing has gone bad resulting in one position of the fan being much higher friction when it rotates to that spot (doesn't spin freely anymore). If the fan happens to shut off in that position it doesn't always start again until you push it which isn't really a practical option.

need to have this in florida
I bought this fan for my 1990 toyota supra which was getting a bit hot under the hood. Not knowing if it would fit or do what I was anticipating it to do. Turns out that the fan fits perfect infront of the condenser. The car runs alot cooler. You will need some know how to install this fan because every car is different but it will fit your 87-92 supra perfect. Oh the fan works great.
