Kemp Pool Products - My Pick for quality.
I always buy Kemp. First and foremost is it's quality. Lifeguards have a habit of picking at it while on the stand. I think Kemp is the best made to reduce this destructive habit. Also, I strongly recommend purchasing covers for the rescue tubes. It will afford much longer life and attractiveness.
