The first time, The pack was soaked. I opened it to see the thermocol packing was soaked with oil and fungus. I washed it and when I opened the bottle it frothed and came out bubbling with sudden spurt. Now this is bad. , I had requested amazon for a replacement , promptly I was delivered a new pack the very next day. It was neatly packed. When I opened it, it didn't bubble or froth . There wasn't any fizz the last time. I believe, hot sauces tend to get fermented and the fizz is likely if the metal cap which s so tight isn't opened for a long time. Though this time the taste and smell were as fresh as it had to be. . I don't regret until the product is good. For now, it has no MSG which is why opted for it. One star less bcz food products have to be carefully maintained if it's natural and no preservatives are added.

Sauce taste tangy, not sweet or too spicy. Its good, but not great. The strange thing about this sauce, when you open the cap of the bottle for the first time the whole sauce flows out like a champagne . Half of the sauce came out and got wasted. Same thing happened to my friend who bought the same sauce. very weird. It was a bit leaking when I received it.
