This brace is just amazing. I have non-diagnosed soft tissue issues in my upper right hamstring and inner groin area. It's very difficult to walk and I hike daily. Decided to look for a brace for it, and decided on this one after reading the reviews. From the first time I put it on, the pain was significantly decreased. I can walk up hills facing the hill, rather than going up backwards, due to this brace. Even better than the brace is the company and its customer service. My brace came apart at the seam between the waist part and the leg part after the first wearing. I wrote to the company and asked if I would be voiding the guarantee by trying to fix it myself first. I got an immediate reply...I could go ahead and fix it if I wanted to, but they were putting a new one in the mail immediately with no need to return the defective brace! I'd seen their comments to others who have had issues, but even so, this kind of customer service is just amazing these days. The quality of the workmanship and materials is very high. My biggest problem is making sure to get it situated correctly, which for me, is very high on my inner groin (female here), and getting the tension just right. An added bonus is that the waist wrap provides lower back support.

With my recent pregnancy I had vaginal varicosities, which caused a vaginal tear during delivery. I used a V2 support band during pregnancy which helped relieve some of the pain of the varicosities. But after my tear I had subsequent ligament damage on left side of my groin, and the V2 band was no longer cutting it! I bought this brace on a desperate whim and I’m SO GLAD that I did. I started off wearing this along with my V2 support band but as my tear healed (and since the varicosities went away soon after delivery) I quickly realized that all I needed was this brace. I didn’t wear it every day but I threw it on and got immediate relief every time I was up with my baby and two other children and knew I wasn’t going to get a break to rest my injured body. It’s also a lot more inconspicuous and comfortable than I had imagined when purchasing. Would definitely recommend this to anyone in need of support or seeking relief while recovering from a groin injury! It was totally a must-have for me as a stay at home mom.

This said universal, but it fits perfect for the left side. Which make easy to strap on. The right side is where my hip dislocated and keeps popping out, so now it fits backwards, which make it harder to reach the strap from the backside. I really didnt feel any different when wearing it, but I wore it for one full day and my leg was sore. I didnt think it was really doing any good, so I didnt wear it the next day, and I was in so much pain and dragging my leg. So it did work and my leg is slowly healing. It actually keeps my hip from slipping. I keep the lower part strap together when slipping the brace off. So the only part I need to fasten is the hip. It works.

I ordered a hip and groin brace from Zenkeyz in the hopes of getting some pain relief for what I assume is arthritis in the hip. I received the brace promptly, and the brace itself was of excellent quality. Very sturdy and comfortable. I was very impressed with the quality, and put it on immediately. Unfortunately, as sturdy and comfortable as the brace was, it did not relieve my particular pain. Zenkeyz sent follow up email to get my opinion on the brace, and when I informed them of the situation, they responded by refunding my payment, and allowing me to keep the brace. I found this very thoughtful and considerate. Customer service like this is rare these days, and I couldn't be more appreciative! I will continue to watch this great company, and perhaps I will be able to buy from them again, with better results! I highly recommend this great small company!

This thing is a L I F E S A V E R. I actually work for Amazon, in a warehouse where your 2 day shipped items come directly from my warehouse and I’m packing all these orders. I have screws/pins in both my hips so the concrete floor is NOT my best friend. But this brace, BABY THIS BRACE!! Has saved my right hip soooo much pain. I’m usually ready to tap out by 3am out of my 10hr-12hr shifts and this gets me through my shifts. So glad I purchased this, I was iffy on which brand to go with after 3 failed attempts but this one takes the cake.

Takes around a half dozen times or so before adjusts to where puts pressure needed, because of slipping and having to adj and tighten up again, actually bunches up when finally get it where feels supportive on my hip, it is not cooling as described and heats me up and sweat everywhere it touches and worse over clothing, about the best part is the thigh support but it slips down and where won't slip becomes too tight, end up adj it several times a day but overall is better than having nothing at all, does have a chemical smell can smell even thru clothing after a hand washing but should eventually go away after time as others have, three stars because of constant slipping and then adj again and bunching up and especially because of the heat sweat it causes even inside home with air conditioning running.

I am in need of surgery but this brace helps to get me thru my day till surgery. It's easy to don and for the most part comfortable enough to wear for a 12 hr day

It is utterly useless. The belt at waist area and leg band is attached and no provision is there to adjust it. Brcause of that it doesn't fit properly and very irritaing in croach area. I tried using it but failed so many times. After almost 1 year i thrown it in the dustbin
