A really wonderful oil book for everyone and i have over a dozen essential oil books to start with!
So glad i purchased this b c it had creative blends and ideas i saw no where else. Very well done. Huzzah! Great esp for anyone in an oil slump... and it helps with challenging issues too.

While this book touts 200 recipes, the book "The Complete Book of Essential Oils and Aromatherapy, Revised and Expanded: Over 800 Natural, Nontoxic, and Fragrant Recipes to Create Health, Beauty, and Safe Home and Work Environments" (712 pgs sold on Amazon, $11 used) has more to offer. Bought both books but I would recommend the later.

Nice Compact Book with Recipes
I have found this book to be a wealth of information. I spent the afternoon reading it and making notes of the recipes I want to make. My only complaint is whatever they used for the cover is very strange and bothers my hands. I know, odd, but it's true!

Wow wow wow
I got this book for free..but I love it!!! Great quick resource plus jam packed with recipes galore for many different ailments.. contains 140 pages ..and it's well worth to add this book to your resource collection.as I'm a prepper too this book is great too

A BEGINNER READ
Interesting read; however, lacking information on the nervous system and on chronic illnesses. I found there to be very few recipe choices for the individual ailments covered in this book. Fine read for a beginner who is starting to work with EO.
