My five-year-old Maltese mix hurt her knee jumping off the canopy swing onto the grass. Our long-time vet said she'd need surgery for her knee soon, and that her other knee and hip were also weak and would likely need surgery in the future. I was going on a trip and needed to delay the surgery until I returned, and I got her MSM/Chondroitin/Glucosamine supplement to 'tide her over' until I returned. By then, she was fine! Four years later and she's still fine, no issues AT ALL. Will it last the rest of her life? Maybe not. But for now she's a healthy, happy pup, enjoying climbing up the terrace rocks in the back yard, jumping up on the bed, and learning to climb out onto the deck on the boat. I couldn't be happier with the results. Also, she doesn't seem to notice the half-capful going into her food bowl every morning instead of water, and there's no puddle left in the bowl when she's done. (Her two brudders get water on their kibble to kill the kibble dust and prevent them inhaling it and doing that awful 'reverse-sneeze' thing.) Just couldn't be any easier.

Our 12 year old dog's legs shook like Elvis. X-rays confirmed he had arthritis and the poor, little guy had a few lumps that we thought might be affecting his movement. One lump grew to the size of half a baseball (which the vet repeatedly told us not to have removed). He was becoming increasingly neurotic, with bouts of whimpering and suddenly needing to be near me all the time, preferably lying against me. He had never been a physically affectionate dog and I worried this new behavior was more an indicator of pain & anxiety than new found love. Our vet gave us prescriptions for both symptoms. I soon found I was either giving him a painkiller or an anxiety pill every night and his behavior was not particularly improving. I had tried glucosamine pills before and the shakiness seemed to diminish, but after a while I couldn't seem to hide them in his food anymore. He would just spit them out. He seemed so miserable, despite the pain & anxiety meds, that I decided I had to try something other than sedating him all the time. So I went online and spent a couple of hours researching other glusomine products. That's when I crossed my fingers and bought this Hip & Joint Supplement. Initially, I wished they sold a smaller bottle, so I could test it out rather than be stuck with 32 oz of something that might not work. But it works! And it lasts a long time. I put 3 tsps* of this product into his bowl before I add wet food in the morning and it disappears. After just a week or so, I could see a noticeable improvement. Now the days when I see him shaking are very few. He also scampers around the backyard without any difficulty. It's as if the product turned the clock back a few years for him. I plan to buy my second bottle in the next couple of weeks. I plan to send my father a bottle for his senior dogs, too. NOTE: The directions say to use a teaspoon for every 10lb your pet weighs. I give him 3.

I ordered this for my 13 year old King Charles Spaniel. She suffers from arthritis and congestive heart failure. She has been on this product since Sunday (4 1/2 days!), and I can already see a difference. This morning when we got up, she literally ran down the hallway to the back door! She seems so much happier and alert. I was planning to wait at least three weeks to review this product, as this seems to be the initial "loading" period, but I just couldn't wait to spread the good news! I, also, have 2 chihuahuas. One is 8 1/2 and the other will be 6 in April. I've gone ahead and started them both on this product, too, even though neither one is having any issues at the moment. Both of them have the normal luxating patellas (loose kneecaps) that afflict most small dogs, so I feel like this supplement can do nothing but help them, in the long run. I am so happy that I found this product! I'd, also, like to add that the owner of the company actually sends emails to thank his customers and to explain the loading dosage. Then, he follows up to make sure that the product arrived and to see if there are any questions. He actually seems to care about his customers and his business. I used to be a business owner myself, so I really appreciate great customer service. Thank you for an excellent product.

Our dogs are happy and pain free!! But what gives with your bottles!! My husband ordered from you as well as me and with both orders the bottles were dented and caved in badly! We couldnt pop them back out, even the labels were discolored and runny, our Vet had a hard time reading it! The Amazon box’s they came in were perfectly fine so we know it wasn’t from them! Also, the extra seal you use to cover and protect from spills and tampering is great however, it is impossible to grab hold a tiny piece of clear plastic in order to peel off the seal! We always have to take a knife and work at loosening the edges up first to get the whole thing off!!

My dog loves the taste! Its super easy to administer too, I just pour it over her food or she'll drink it straight. Its only been a week so far, so I'll post an update when I see mobility improvements. EDIT- So it's only been two weeks and already my dog has shown improvements in her mobility. She is a 7 year old Neo Mastiff weighing 120 pounds and has struggled with mobility as she gets older. She has started to play with my other dog more and for a longer time and has no issues jumping on the bed/ couch now, which used to be an issue. I have seen an over all mood boost too, she seems happier, which I believe to be due to less pain in her joints. Overall, I'm super impressed with this product and how well it works! Thanks for giving me my puppy back!

This will be my fourth or fifth order. My dog is 14 years going on 2. The second photo shows her mid-zoomies. For the most part she is healthy and happy, but we did notice she seems a little stiff in the hip area at times and doesn’t have as much nimbleness getting up and down, especially in the winter when its colder. We love using this product in her food because its easy to give her with her meals and she loves the taste. We did notice she seems less stiff when we she has this in her diet. Definitely will continue to use this product and recommend for any dog owners, especially senior dog owners! Good price point (lasts just about 1.5 months for our larger dog) for a quality product that works!

My most recent purchase of this product was vastly different than previous purchases. I have been using this product for about a year, this last purchase the liquid was much lighter than in previous bottles, like it was watered down. After using it for 4 days, I noticed my dog having more mobility issues than he has had while taking this supplement. I requested a refund as this product in non-returnable. Amazon immediately refunded my card, for which I am thankful. I am reluctant to purchase another bottle of this product now.

I didn’t see a huge improvement with my dog. I bought 2 bottle and finished them both off but I decided to switch to something else to try and find something that worked better. Great product for some but It didn’t really work for my case.
