Top Quality and Comfortable
I'm done with buying double airbeds where, when one of us gets up in the night, the other gets a cold bum. These were laid on top of a cheap sim and with the built in pillow we had a great night's sleep every night at Boomtown. Easy to inflate, just a couple of minutes and not sure why others have struggled to roll them back up they were easy. I managed to roll up to its packaged size but the bag has ample room. Ticks all my boxes, well worth the money lightweight small easy to inflate and a great night's sleep. Bingo!

Great for any sleeping posture
The built-in foot pump works well enough but only in a tent you can stand up in - even then, you need a Zimmer frame to stop yourself falling over. A better option would be a pump sack or a small electric pump (I use the Flextrailgear Tiny Pump which inflates this large mat in about three minutes). The mat is good and thick (about five inches) with an R-rating of five. It is wide enough for side-sleepers and its roll-edges prevent you from sliding off in the night. The built-in pillow is OK but if you like your pillow soft, bad luck: you can only deflate the whole thing, not just the pillow. That foot pump makes it difficult to fold up the mat and get it back into the sack provided. It can be done but not my me - I put mine into a 5-litre dry bag. It is a very comfortable design for a fidget-arsed sleeper like me but to be honest, I think they could lose the pump and the pillow and let users pick their kit. Being wide, it is no light-weight; wild campers might just get away with it but back-packers should avoid it for something lighter though less comfy. For a car camper like me, it's ideal.

If comfort is important then can't go wrong with the Trekology UL140
I bought the UL140 to try and deal with a problem I have with my other camping mats. I'm a side sleeper, my other mats aren't wide enough for me to lay on them without either my bum or my legs hanging off them. Case in point is with my Thermarest NeoAir Xtherm mat. It's coffin shaped so isn't good for side sleepers like me. I'm 6ft and 16 stone so I'm not small by any measure. I've heard two complaints about the UL140 mat in other reviews, the first being the weight and the second being the time it takes to inflate the mat. I think some of the complaints are unwarranted. The weight of this mat is very obviously going to be more than the likes of the NeoAir Xtherm mat or other lightweight mats, it's bigger, therefore using more materials. The weight and pack size aren't a problem for me, I want the comfort this mat offers! To inflate the mat using the built in foam pump took me no more than a couple of minutes, by using my foot on it. I have an Exped mat that came with a foam pump and that takes about the same amount of time to pump up So again I think some reviewers are being unfair or they aren't getting the technique down. My overall opinion on the Trekology UL140 is that it's a great product. The pricing means it isn't going to break the bank, unlike some other mats. The mat feels and looks well built, is the most comfortable camping mat I've slept on, by a country mile too. When I say that I don't say it lightly either. I've tried many mats too.

Brings comfort back to camping!
Excellent item if comfort is more important than minimalist camping. Not super-light nor super-small but still just within the bounds of hiking if you find other beds/mats leave you achy and tired the next morning! The built in air pump works well so long as you work the valve correctly ie keep the hole covered when pressing down and keep it clear as it inflates again, just like doing cpr!! It's easy enough to get back in the bag too - just deflate the pump first after opening the pillow end stopper, fold the sides tight over the pump and roll tightly to the pillow end before replacing the stopper! Easier than most self inflating mats and much more comfortable with room to side sleep without your knees or bum hanging off! Side beams mean you don't feel like your constantly about to fall off and the smooth surface allows you to turn over with ease. I don't like beds with built in pillows but that's just me, I much prefer a flat surface with a small pad or jacket under my head - this one is not too bad but I will probably use it the wrong way round next time with my feet on the pillow. I think it will be important to ensure there is nothing sharp under this bed and to carry a repair kit just in case - just as you should with any inflatable of course! Not sure about the R rating either - but a roll mat or other insulator under it if it gets really cold or in winter should keep this warm and cosy and still give you a wonderful nights sleep! All in all I love it - I'm getting older and ground sleeping was becoming a bit of a dread but this really makes a difference. I'm sure the UL140 will extend my camping years by many - thank you Trekology!!

Comfy but somewhat bulky
I purchased this to get a more comfortable night sleep when motorcycling camping, It certainly meets my needs - this thing is more comfy than my bed! I would say its use is somewhat targeted i.e. camping with a vehicle/festivals etc... I wouldn't use this for solo hiking trips as the pack-size is a tad bulky :) Pros: - Hard to beat the comfort you get from this. Prior to this I was using my 15yr old thermarest prolite - At 6'2/15st I have no issues fitting on this thing. Yes my feet will dangle over the edge but as a side-sleeper this isn't a problem for me at all. I can basically lay on my back/side/front on this thing and it's fine - Easy and quick to inflat / de-flate - For motorcycle camping, packweight/size is ideal - Price - £50 for this thing is great value and hard to beat Cons/Niggles: - I would have have ditched the built-in pillow as the raised area on its own is not really adequate. I think most people tend to bring their own smaller pillow anyway...the built-in option will probably just frustrate more than anything. - No real need for the built-in pump as this thing blows up easy/quick enough with good old lung power (only takes a couple of mins if that)

Superb. Transforms your camping experience
A good night's sleep can be elusive when you are camping and your kit plays a big part in this. My last trip was 10 nights and I inflated and deflated this mattress each day. This mattress is superbly comfortable and performed perfectly giving me the best sleep I have ever had on any camping trips over the years. It has a built in sponge which lets you pump up the mattress quickly and a big deflation valve for rapid deflation. I like this even better than a thermarest neoair which wasn't particularly comfortable, was very expensive, was noisy in use and difficult to inflate. This Trekology mattress is much better suited to me. I recommend it.

Comfortable sleeping pad, but a pain to pack together
Comfortable mattress especially for people with wider shoulders. 1 star less for a useless pump, and another one for the painful storage back. Once out no chance to get it back in the sack. Now use straps to roll the pad together Wouldn't buy again.

Now I lay me down to sleep
Having owned the Trekology UL80 ( the smaller version) since 2020 (used many times and still going strong) I decided to uopgrade to the UL140. I am 6'2 and around 16 stone, and whilst the UL80 is in fact comfortable and usable, the xtra width and thickness of the UL140 appealed. I havent used it for as long as the UL80 but am guessing the longevity will be comparable. I fit on the mat much more comfortably width wise, and the thickness is definately more supportive. The built in pillow works well, and the built in pump is handy for fine tuning the firmness (though I still use a micro battery air pump to inflate...quicker and no breath condensation in mat). My feet still stick off the end as it is the same length as the original, but that is the case with all my mats (my fault for being slightly taller than average). If it lasts as long as my UL80 has I will be a very happy camper.

Extremely comfortable, light and fairly packable
I have tried several inflatable camping mattresses, but this is by far the most comfortable! Wide and thick. A little short for my 191 cm, but that is I price I'm willing to pay! Sleeping all nights now compared to waking up several times with other mattresses. However - NOT for sleeping on cold ground. The insulating properties are non-existing!

Good support
I will be using this mattress during a trip to my families place. Unfortunately they dont have a guest bed yet. I filled up the mattress via foot pumping action for about 5 minutes and filled it to my desired fullness. I didn't fill it up 100% and it seems to support my body nicely. I am about 5 foot 2 so the length is nice and allows my little pup room to sleep at the end. The width is nice too as a chubby woman. Would recommend. I laid on it for about 30 minutes on my kitchen floor to test it. Didn't seem to hurt my back or anything. The only thing tho is that you will need to put a sheet/something on it or else you will hear the horrible whisssh whiishhh of your clothing rubbing on the material all night. Easy to install, set up and deflate.

Trekology with another homerun
I’m honestly really impressed with the TREKOLOGY Sleeping Pad. As someone who’s primarily a side sleeper, I’ve had difficulty finding a comfortable sleeping pad that works well for me, especially being tall and heavy. This pad has been a game-changer. For its weight and size, it offers surprisingly great comfort. I was a bit skeptical at first, but after taking it on a backpacking trip to the mountains, I was blown away by how well it performed. The built-in pump is a really thoughtful addition and works pretty well—much easier than blowing it up manually! I was able to get a good, firm level of inflation without much effort. Plus, it's light and compact, so it doesn’t take up much space in my pack, which is a huge bonus for longer trips. One thing I do wish they mentioned more clearly is the R-value, as I’m unsure how it would handle very cold winter trips. For spring and summer backpacking, it’s perfect, but I’m curious to know how it would perform in colder conditions. If the company sees this review, I’d love to get more information on that or perhaps an option designed for colder weather. But overall, for a budget-friendly sleeping pad, it’s definitely exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for comfort and convenience without breaking the bank.

GREAT WIDE, COMFY SLEEPING PAD
I bought the Trekology U140 and so glad I got the larger size, I am absolutely thrilled with it. It's so sturdy yet lightweight and so wide, I can actually spread out like I do naturally in bed. Being 12cm off the ground in winter will save me taking a thermal mat. I saw some video reviews on YouTube regarding the inbuilt pump taking a long time and 70 plus pumps to inflate. I'm only small and 5ft, I did it wirh my hand, not even my foot in just over 1 minute. It's so comfortable compared to my old beginner waffle pad. I won't even take a pillow, the build in one will suffice with a jacket or towel layer over it (I have low profile pillows). I like the fact the bag is oversized too, so once I roll it up and use the elastic strap, it doesn't have to be perfect and I won't be struggling to get it into the bag. Cannot fault this product, can't wait to get out hiking and solo wildcamping in the mountains this winter (I'm Aussie)

The most comfortable camping mat
I bought this mat because of the great reviews, but was amazed at how comfortable it was. It exceeded my expectations!
