Is there a binder or booklet that can be purchased?

These forms are not hole punched so they are not able to be put into a binder. We have a few other options that are bound in book format, with 50 forms per book. Perhaps that would be a good fit if you're looking for your forms to be kept together.

Do these come in booklets?

These are not, they are loose forms. If you look up ASIN B07BQFZ15D, it is a similar product and it does come in booklets.

can you have a specific starting sales slip number?

You sure can. When you are filling in all the information to print on the form there is a box labeled "Start #" and you put the number you'd like to start the sequence at there.

Just making sure these are NOT book forms. that you can use in a storage form holder binder?

These are NOT in book format. They are loose forms, however they are not hole punched so they would need to be in a binder with some sort of clip board format. Hope that helps.
