In the box it says ingredients as only Avipattikar and Thriphala but your description says as 13 herb's why?

Hi Sangeeta, Avipattikar is a combination of 14 herbs like amalaki, Shunth, piper, Vavding, Baheda, Harde, etc. while Triphala is a combination of Haritaki, Bhibhitak and Amalaki. Hence altogether it is made up of 13 herbs :)
