This XL Caldf wrap size is 23.6'' in length and 10'' in width. For additional information, the standard size is 18'' in length and 9.4'' in width.

How long does this take hold for?

The velcro which holds this in place is very secure. I usually ice for 20 minutes. The ice bag returns to the freezer, which in about 3 to 4 hours it's ready for use again. Works great for my achilles aches.

can you use the wrap without ice?

It will wrap around your leg, but I don't believe it's built for anything other than holding a form-fitting ice pack around an arm or leg.
