what is the difference between small long and small 9" in seam?

What is the difference between your size Long or Tall and why don’t you have size chart for them on ur webpage?

To be honest I ordered both and in both options I got size Medium ( that was I ordered when I put long and medium option. As my understanding in medium side with long option, that means length is longer than normal size you made an order. Like we have longer hand or leg persons and that is for them.
